Exec-Aptitude Test

*Test ability to duplicate
*Discover accident-prone candidate

The Aptitude test can save you countless hours of work and gross amounts of money by using it in the hiring process as well as testing of existing personnel. It is a very short test which gives you great information on the applicant's ability to duplicate. By duplication we mean “the ability to observe and make an exact copy of”. This is of great importance when you hire executives who should be able to get the directions of management executed correctly, and act in such a way to handle real situations in a company.

Any person who needs to operate, based on exact observations and instructions with a minimum of “doing it my own invented way”, must be able to duplicate because duplication precedes understanding. Ability is based on one's own willingness and ability to duplicate. Even if you have to invent a new way to do something, duplication is a key to find the right and workable way to do it first before any recommendation of change is really needed.

However, this is not simply an important trait for any executives but to many other junior positions. For example, a personal secretary who cannot duplicate any given instructions exactly but starts to 'interpret' the order can often cause an upset to his or her senior executive who, after a while, starts to feel that it will save time doing most of the job by himself. People operating machinery, cars, airplanes, etc, should generally have a good ability to duplicate. Sometimes lives can be threatened if instructions cannot be followed and huge financial values can be lost if duplication is low on the person in charge of the machine or the area. If you want to know whether a person is “accident prone”, simply look at his ability to duplicate. This test normally takes only 2-5 minutes for 14 questions to complete.
